Cutting Corn Off the Ear

1. A tip for cutting corn from the cob.
2. Stand the ear in the hole of a tube cake (or Bundt) pan.
3. Use your electric knife and hold the ear steady while cutting kernels.
4. They will fall into the pan, speeding up your work.
