Rhubarb Custard Cake

Ingredients
- 1 reg. yellow cake mix
- 4-5 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pint whipping cream
Directions
- Set oven for 350°.
- Mix yellow cake as directed on the box; put in a 9x13 greased pan.
- Sprinkle sugar and rhubarb over batter.
- Pour pint of cream on top.
- Bake 1 hour. Will have a golden top crust.
- Tip: Good warm or cold.
