Easy Corn Bake Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 can of whole corn
• 1 can of cream corn

Directions

1. Mix and put in 9x13 baking pan.
2. Oven 350' for 40 minutes.
3. Top should be slightly brown.
4. Tip: Good with maple syrup and butter. Good any time for any meal & Holidays.
