Mini Dessert in 1 1/2 Min.
A family recipe from Katie Roling.
Getting ready: 5 min · Cooking: 2 min · Feeds: 4
Ingredients
- 3 T oil
- 3 T milk 2% or what ever you got
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 sugar
- 2 T. baking cocoa
- 3 T choc-chips (I dont always have them and we like it with out)
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl put the oil, milk, egg and vanilla. Beat it up good.
- Add the flour, sugar and baking cocoa.
- Add 3 T choc-chips. I dont always have them and we like it with out.
- Now put all into a 14 oz. coffee cup, or 4 sm. jars or bowles you have oiled (put equal parts in ea., little less than 3/4 full). Makes 4 small or 1 large.
- Microwave on high for 1 - 1/4 to 1 - 1/2 min. (I use 1 min and if a tooth pick into them is clear they are done; if not just push 12 - 15 again depending on how you like your cake, gooey or fairly dry.) The 1 min does it good for me. The top should appear dry.
- Cool 1 min, then top with what ever: ice cream, whip cream.
- Tip: My favorite is 1 small cream cheese mixed with 1 c powdered sugar and 1 tsp butter, 1 T milk and beat good. Put on while they are warm. Carmel sauce is good too.
