Corn Pudding Family Size

Ingredients

• 2 cans whole drained corn
• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 stick of soft butter
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 2 small boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

1. Mix well in mixer bowl on low.
2. Add 2 small boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix.
3. Continue till well stirred up on low.
4. Put in buttered or oil spray 9x13 glass or cake type tin pan.
5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 min. Golden color on top.
6. Tip: Good hot or cold. Melted butter, or honey, or syrup is good on top.
7. Tip: Can also add cooked bacon and fine shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
