Lazy Cook Squash Casserole

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Take about 4 or more yeller crook neck squash, cut into big chunks, place in a small pan, put a stick of butter in and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Now place a lid on and let cook until tender crisp. (Test once in a while so squash doesn't become soggy. BLAH!)
  3. Turn off heat.
  4. Now open the lid & quickly pour in a little of that blue bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix, mix up a little to get the butter all over the breading.
  5. Add some shredded parmesan cheese on top and place the lid back for a few minutes to soften bread & melt the cheese.
  6. Tip: Sounds strange but let me tell you somethin... You guessed it! It's Mamma slapping good!
