Ingredients
- Chicken (or leftover turkey)
- Chorizo
- Oil
- Flour or corn tortillas
- Toothpicks
- Salsa
- Mexican rice
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- Onion
- Sour cream
Directions
- Boil chicken til cooked. Then shred apart.
- Put into a frying pan. Add some chorizo (you can find this by the sausage and bacon in the deli usually). I like a lot (a lot equals spicy) of chorizo; it should make the chicken look dark orangish.
- After you're done with that, get another frying pan hot with oil.
- Put chicken into a flour or corn tortilla and close with a toothpick and fry. Be careful: if chicken gets out of the tortilla the grease starts popping like crazy.
- Once you're done frying, add your toppings. We add salsa and Mexican rice, cheese, lettuce, onion, sour cream etc. etc.
- Tip: Great with chicken or turkey. Also, instead of chicken use with your leftover turkey. Tastes great!
